Support for when life doesn’t go as planned.
These 90-minute sessions are designed to bring clarity, connection, and compassion when you or someone you love is navigating a hard season. Think of them as studio experiences—spaces to practice, reflect, connect, and reset. There’s no perfection here, just presence.
Each session is available in three formats:
In-Person • Live Zoom • Self-Paced (Coming Soon)

Workshop for Caregivers
How to Ask for What You Need
Caregiving can feel isolating, overwhelming, and invisible. This workshop offers space to breathe and tools to ask for the kind of support that actually helps.
You’ll explore the different types of help (Think • Do • Be), reflect on your own needs, and practice phrasing that makes asking feel doable, not draining.
Ideal for: Family caregivers, sandwich-generation folks, and anyone holding it all together behind the scenes.
Workshop for Communities
How to Help the Helpers
You want to help, but you’re not sure how. This workshop is designed for friends, coworkers, and community members who care deeply and want to offer support that lands.
We’ll move beyond “Let me know what I can do” and into specific, thoughtful ways to show up, whether that’s running errands, researching resources, or simply being present.
Helping doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to be real.
Ideal for: Friends and family members, HR and leadership teams, community and faith groups.

Bridging the Gap: Giving and Receiving Support with Grace
Caregivers often don’t know how to ask. Supporters often don’t know what to offer. This workshop creates space for both.
Together, we’ll explore the emotional landscape of giving and receiving, and practice using shared language and simple tools to connect with clarity.
Support isn’t just about doing, it’s also about understanding.
Ideal for: Families, friend circles, caregiving teams, or anyone wanting to deepen mutual care.
